Will this do or do I blackjack the mechanics?

Hello,

My girfriend decided to get me an injen CAI for my 03 350z and also payed for the installation. They ran into a few kinks on the way and had to install a new splahguard around the tire due to a minor crack. I just wanted to get some input regarding this installation, because to me it seems kind of awkward from most installations i have seen. If you could just comfort me and say its ok.

From what I can see it looks fine to me, my Nismo intake ended going into the wheel well also. If that's what you are concerned about.
