Will these wheels fit?

Hey guys,

Yes I know this is probably an easy question, but I know almost nothing about wheels. I know they are different based on FWD, RWD, and stuff so can someone let me know if these will fit:

They are 17" Falken Torque. Someone around here is selling them on craigslist for $700 with wanli tires about 6,000 miles. I was thinking of offering around $450 for them. Do you think this is a good deal?
