5x4.5" = 5x114.3mm spacing, so the P/N 530-285-0738C would fit the bolt pattern, but you'll need hub centric rings to fit the larger hub bore of these wheels (vs the 66.1mm Nissan bore), otherwise you'll need to perfectly center them every time you install/remove the wheel.
Further, the wheels are 20x8.5", so you'll need a nicely sized tire to protect the rim unless you want to destroy those rims on a pothole. I recommend 255/35-20 rubber - slightly larger overall diameter than stock, but you won't regret it.
Issues you may come into are if you want to slam the car to the ground (lowering springs) then you might rub with that +33mm offset, but you should not experience that with a stock suspension.
Lastly, those chromies are going to slow your **** down and make your ride look ghetto, but I'll leave it at that and just hope that the technical help I provided aids you in your decision.
