I found a set of new wheels for my S14 and wanted to know if they would fit before getting them.

front 18x8.5 et 35 tires 235 40rear 18x9.5 et 35 tires 245 40

I also have rotora big brake kit in the front, so I want to make sure the wheels clear the brakes. and I also have 20mm wide front fenders, and dont want the wheels to look shy and hidden inside.

so basicly I am asking if these wheels will clear the brakes and align with the fender.any feedback would be great.

Someone with more experience will be able to give you a more accurate assessment, but two things strike me:

1) They'll look "sunken", especially with widebody fenders.

2) We'd need some specs on the Rotora's - How much wider are they than OEM?

As far as height and O.D., you should be fine.

might have problems with the front offset on those.

You can definately run something wider and with more agressive offsets on an s14. The fronts might not clear coilover (close), and if they do they are going to be sunken even on stock fenders. With your 20mm over's, forget about it. Either run rediculous spacers or choose some more aggressive sized/offset wheels.

Ohh wow. I didn't see that he is gonna be running 20mm fenders.

To the OP: YOu are gonna need something with around the same effective fender clearance as a 17x9+0

ok thanks guys. so either I run something more aggressive in the front, or put some 30 or even 40mm spacers in the front.

In the back I guess I will be fine, cause I've got oem brakes, and no body mods

front wide fenders look funny without rear wide fenders, imo. brake clearance is determined by spoke design, you could possibly clear the brakes, and still be stock bodied. just depends on the wheel you choose. i have fn's and could fit probably 49875198347 pot brakes back there, w/ the 3ish inches i have of clearance between my wheel and z brakes.
