Will these wheels fit and tire suggestion Q's??????

Local friend of mine is selling some 350z grand touring wheels (like the ones below). My questions are if they will fit without any modifications? And what size tire can I go with that will still give me some good sidewall without the real low pro tire. I don't want to loose to much ride comfort as I use my car to commute a lot. My car is a 2010 2.5s altima coupe. And I plan to keep the stock suspension height. Thanks in advance guys and sorry for the newb questions. Oh almost forgot these wheels are 18x9 front and 19x10 rear offset is +30 on both front and rear.

it should be fine. if you're on stock height, i'd recommend some 45 tires (245/45/18 or 19)
i'd rock them if i can find those at a good price.

check your suspension out to make sure the tires wont rub the struts man. dont forget with suspensions sagging over time, it could cause an issue.
