Will these wheels fit a g37x sedan?

The rims are MST MT33 18x8.5 with 5x114.3 bolt pattern and +32 offset with 255/35R18 rims. It will be a squared setup and I read that the g37 sedans have a staggered setup and running the same size tires all around can cause VDC issues.
