Will these tires fit my 2001 path SE 4WD

I can get some P265/70R16 Michelin LTX AT2 really cheap from a friend. I want to know if they will fit my truck without doing any mods or trimming it. I have a 2001 Pathfinder SE 4WD with no lift in it. Stock size for this truck are 255/65R16. Thanks.

Wellcome I have 265/70 on mine and mines fine.

I have 265/70/17 but I have a 2 inch lift. Still with the lift my tires rubbed so I took off the front mud flaps which helps a lot but still when backing up it barley touches the front bumper.

Bought some general grabber at2 235/70-R16 instead ..What a nice tire.. love them...
