will these spark plugs work for my ka-t???

i just got these today and but have not yet put it in and was wondering if they will work good for my ka-t...it is stock sr t25 with 370cc injectors and stock internals at 10psi...i asked the guys over there and autozone and kragen about how you know which spark plug is colder and they dont know ****...also what do i have to gap it to, they told me .044 but that is for non-turbo app...will i need colder plugs???and how can i tell???
