Will these rims fit?

I want to put rims on my 01 Qx4 but paper is tight right now. A friend will sell me his stock escalade 22" rims but I need to know if they will fit my truck, and what mods might have to be done. http://www.finishlinewheels.co...D.jpg [IMG][/IMG]

those are nice! not a fan of 22"s but hey if your getting a good price i say go for it if they fit.
