Will these rims fit on and EX35?

Will these fit on the EX35? I ask because they come with winter tires and its someithing i would be interested in. The bolt pattern and size are the same, what i am not sure of is the OFFSET +35? they come from an infiniti GS37S coupe

Its stating that the new wheel (+35) will extend outward by 12mm. The rear should be fine as the stock is tucked in a bit. The front on the other hand will be sticking out a bit, but I don't think there will be a rubbing issue as the EX has a greater ground clearance.

Is it possible to ask your seller for a test fit? That way you can see exactly how it looks.
