Will these rims fit my car?

Hi i have a nissan Altima 2005 stock, i had 17'' rims on there but i wanted to move to 18'' i found a steal deal on a set but will these fit on my car?

18' inch rims
225/ 40 R18
Bolt pattern 5x114.3

How wide are the wheels? If you know the width and offset of your current wheels, plug the info in here and it will tell you how much further the new wheels will stick out. +20 is a pretty low offset, so I'd be inclined to say that the new wheels you are looking at may stick too far out.
