Will these rims and tires work on my 4 lug 92 240sx

I really want these rims 18x7.5 and the tires in the package i want to get are 225/40HR18 the offset is ET42 .......................my question is am I going to have any issues with putting these rims and tires on my 4 lug 240sx?............I kow NOTHING about rims, I mean nothing....

They are exactly the style of rims i want and are extreamly cheap as well....699 for wheels+tires.....Please tell me I can get them and mount them to my car without any problems.

yes they will suck as bad as the tire size

find something in an 18x8 +15 or so all around and you wont be tooooo bad
