I don't think it will be unsafe as long as all 4 are the same and meets the load rating . Speedo will be off, ride will be slightly rougher and more wheel gap.

+1, Nissan ABS's and clusters don't care about absolute tire size, just relative. If all 4 are the same rolling diameter then everything will work fine and there will be no codes, you'll just have a speedo error.
