Will there be a price drop?

I plan on purchasing the Altima 2.5 coupe by the end of the year. Right now the base price is around $21,000. How far do you think it will drop in price when the 2009 models show up.

The only way i see the price lowering at all is if the new silvia is brought over as an 'sx' car here to the states.

Im with these guys, I dont see the price dropping much at all. None of the dealers around my area can keep them on the lots, hell I still have a sneaking suspicion mine got swapped from the time I test drove it to purchase ( Though I dont care the only difference is a gold pinstripe that magically appeared ) I did manage to get it at dealer invoice because I knew a guy that worked for them. Its still hard to come across them though. Maybe in another year haha

is there any chance that the pictures that we see of the new "silvia" cold become the new z? It is about time for a new redesign on the Z and there are some very g like styling cues. Whatever the case i think that i like it better than our cars, except from what i read it will only have a four banger.

no, there have been pictures out of the 09 Z....it looks like any other new Z just tweaked

I'm lined up for a 2008 Coupe but by the time I get mine I assume the 09 will be out.. around early June?

i read that the new z car is coming out the end of the year sometime after the skyline is released. its supposed to be the new 370z. i also read that the silvia is supposed to be coming around 2010 or a little after. any one else read this??? i might want to get one of these...

I'm hoping there will be a huge rebate on it around Sep-Oct. I'm from Atlanta and the Altima sedan is more popular than the coupe. I've only seen the coupe about 5 times down here. I see the sedan atleast 10 times a day.
