No.

S13 and S14 KA24DE valve covers are even different...SR...no chance.

If you saw a pic it'd be obvious why.

So then a s13 KA24de cover wont fit on an S14 KA24de at all? I think i saw somewhere that one or so of the bolts wont fit but it would, but i cant find the thread where it was mentioned. I picked up a s13 valve cover at the junk yard that i wanna polish up and paint and swap with s14 ka cover when i change the gasket so i dont have to wait so long for the paint to dry.

No, S13 and S14 valve covers ARE NOT at all interchangebale...I mean...it may lay flat, but the middle bolts on top will not line up, and the S14 head had an extra hole in the rear...so the valve cover gaskets are different.

Basically, the S14 has 2 bolts in the middle on top, and one in the rear-center of the head. The S13 valve cover has no bolt on the rear of the head, and 3 in the middle up top.

And the valve cover bolts are different as well, and they determine gasket sealing (they bottom out as a desired depth to make the gasket sit perfect).

Sorry.
