Are you referring to the AC Compressor? Which one?

yes. nothing bolts right up... some people claim KA24E stuff works, but I have yet to see proof, or a hear of a running example.

Your current ac could be kept by having a custom bracket made up by a fabricator or welding shop.

Or you could look around to see if someone will sell you the stock JDM compressor, then you could have that one adapted to fit the current lines and equipment that already are installed with your car now.

It can work, but you need KA-E parts. If you use the CA bracket, bolted to the CA block you can bolt the KA-E pump to it w/o any problems. The problem lies in the way that the pully lines up on the pump. The KA-E pump pully doesn't line up with the spot on the CA crank pully. BUT all you would have to do is take the CA pump and the KA-E pump down and have the CA pully swapped onto the KA-E pump. I know this will work, and can be done. What I don't know is if the KA-E fittings are the same as the KA-DE fittings. Plus you'd have to figure out the wiring, which I never got around to. If you're intrested, I've got a CA pump.
