Will stock front brakes fit the rear?

I got a question for those who've upgraded to bigger front brakes in their S13. Have any of you tried swapping the stock front caliper, pads, and rotor to the rear? It seems doable but I'd like to know if anyone has done it before. Is it even worth the hassle? As far as I can tell, the front brakes have bigger pads and slightly bigger caliper and rotor...

No, it wouldn't be worth the hassle to install a front caliper in the rear.

Keep in mind that rear calipers have the cable e-brake function build in. If you don't care about e-brake then fine.

The other option is to use the 300zx rear calipers and drum e-brake setup.
