will sr20de cams work in s13 det?

would the exhaust cam of an sr20de work in a redtop det? i dont think so but its worth the ask, iv broken 2 of thes damn exhaust cams now they are so weak.

I don't think they will work and if you already broke 2 of the sr20det cams I dout the sr20de cams are as strong as the turbo ones.Sounds like its time to upgrade the cams.I have a set of stock red top cams I was getting ready to put up for sale if you need them let me know.

The strength of the cams has absolutely nothing to do with whether they are turbo or not.

The cams will fit but do not have the same lift and duration as DET cams. Though the exhaust cam is the same.

how in the world have you broken two cams? Are you using them to hammer nails?

just to let you know in this thread i did the swap and the car runs likes im on stage 10 cams. the only wat it will stay on is if i have my foot on the gas, if i take it off or let the rpms drop it bogs down and dies. is this cam so different its doing that?
