Will sideskirts cause rust?

I've thought about it before and after reading fizant's post about the car he didnt buy got my a lil more worried. the sideskirts on my car collect water. when i jack it up a lil puddle will fall out. should be worried about this water that sits there. its been raining alot lately too. i was thinkin maybe i can get some compressed air in there to blow it out or maybe drill some drain holes or should i not worry about it?

I don't think you have much to worry about... it will cause rust if you have the kit put on wrong or have drilled a lot of holes into the body itself... if the paint is damaged... the water will get under the paint and cause rust... but if your car is in a good condition then you have nothing to worry about.

thanks man, i think the guy did use a bunch of screws on the bottom... i think oh well we'll see

Drain holes are always a good idea - And make sure they stay clear of debris.
