Just wondering about this I see a KA24DE Header for a 95+ (s14) car for a good price just wondering if it will fit the KA24DE out of the S13 (1993)

Thanks for any advice sorry if its a stupid question tried searching

BTW its an OBX header

I did the same thing awhile back on another car. I had to remove the AIV, Plug the EGR tube on the header and EGR inlet tube(wrong angle, doesn't fit). This was done on a hotshot header. I couldn't even tell you if there was a power difference because the motor was swapped out and never run prior to install, but it fit if that is what you needed to know.

Yeah I am going to cap the EGR once I get it will the OBDI O2 Sensor just go inplace of the OBD2 in the header?

Also what exactly is the AIV? (sorry new to the game)

Did this trip a check engine light? but running wise did it bolt straight into the stock exhaust? or cause any other problems

THanks!

The AIV I was talking about is actually called a PAIR valve in the service manual it is on the right/driver side of engine compartment on the inner wheel well. It sends air into the exhaust manifold when the pressure is negative. Anyway it needs to be removed and plugged including all the vacuum lines on the solenoid. The o2 sensor on mine fit so i didn't have to change it. No, the engine light did not go on in my car.
