Will rotating compressor housing & removing exhaust housing affect balance?

I need to rotate the compressor housing so it points the right direction. I am also removing the exhaust housing to get it thermo-coated & then put it back on.

Will doing either things mess up the turbo balance (i.e. need to rebalance the turbo)?

Or would only messing w/ the wheel/other things make the turbo imbalanced?

Neither should require any special work with the turbo... just make sure you bolt them back up haha.
