will rb25 trans mate up to a rb20?

just had my s14w/ rb20 tuned and it made 310whp, but now 1st to second grinds while shifting past 6500rpm. Should i just rebuild the rb20 trans, buy a new rb20 trans, or upgrade to a rb25 transmission. Will a rb25 transmission bolt up to an rb20det in a s14 with no issues? if so, would a custom driveshaft need to be made and what else would be needed for the swap. Also where would one find an rb25 transmission(dont really care about price)
