will not stay running? high idle!

hey i have a ka24de s13 and i finally got my ka24de to start! only thing is that i have a high idle, i got it down to about 1500, and it will stay running at that for about 6-7 seconds before it just shuts down and dies...i've checked for vaccuum leaks but thats all..i have new cap, rotor, wires, plugs, fuel pump...do you guys ahve any idea what could be my problem? i have no trouble codes...thanks

your iacv is probably stuck open.

can the iacv cause the motor to not run also or do you think its another problem?
