Will not go into reverse

1995 240sx:My reverse just suddenly went out. It was working fine the first time I backed up and then about a minute later I tried to back out of a parking spot and NO reverse.....Need Help...Thanks

Try this. It worked on my Prelude.

With the clutch pushed in, lightly pull the shifter into reverse. While lightly pulling, let the clutch out slowly. About midway, it hopefully will let you put it into reverse.
