Will Nismo V2 Spoiler cover V1 holes?

Hey guys, so I got the V1 spoiler painted and installed and realized that I'm not super in love with it like I thought I would be... I might have a deal on a V2 spoiler and was wondering if anyone knew if the holes would even be covered up by it or not. My other issue is selling the V1, not sure if there's even any interest in it anymore... Here are some pics.

I'm not sure if the holes will match up, but if you're getting a new spoiler anyway just get the holes plugged or sealed and the v2 will be able to cover them once installed.
