Will my turbo work?

I recently got a Z31 turbo for free. I checked the specs on it and its a T3 turbo. I was wondering if its posible to use this turbo on my ka24de? I am still learning about turbos but I would also like to know which manifold should I go with. Ive been looking at some ebay ones but dont know which one to get for it( i know that you get what you pay for if it breaks). I dont plan on boosting big numbers, I just want to run about stock boost on it. What other supporting mods will it need to run with the stock boost and what HP numbers should I expect from it?

you can run low boost without problem with that turbo. try going to the jgs website, they have a log style manifold for $379.00 that actually will fit a 240sx, all the ebay crap takes clocking your motor or getting an "on center" turbo, or running a t25/28.
