will my motor go BOOM

stock sr20 lower end will hold how much before BOOM .........lets say i take a stock sr20 and smack a greddy turbo kit on it can i just go out and make smoke from the tire for a week or two then boom or if tuned correctly will it hold for 20,000miles+ ?

You could do bigger turbo, cams, and valvesprings, headgasket, fuel, MAF, and get a good tune and there is no reason that you can't make 400hp on an otherwise stock setup.
