will my E5 ECU work with this

Ok here it goes i'm redoing 1 of my s13's cuzz of a misshap at the track that resulted in a destroyed engine. i had a s13 blacktop and e5 ecu in the car at first. i just got a rebuilt redtop but i had to put my intake and turbo stuff on it . i am having a enthalpy flash done on the old e5 ecu will it run the new engine being that it is a redtop? i am having the tune done 4 75lb injectors and z32 maf if that matters. any help would be great

plz peple need a lil help just hopeing i didnt waste $420 on the rom tune
