That's very close. You might need 5mm spacers to clear struts. I think it will clear z32 30mm calipers.

i doubt it will clear the struts, clearing the breaks is more about wheel spoke design than offset. what wheels are you planning on running

s13 7-spoke stock rim can clear 26mm calipers. There are 2 different s13 stockk SE rims. Outside looks same, but inside design is different. Only one of them can clear 26mm calipers. Since width of your wheel is already 8.5, you should have plenty of room for calipers. If not, 5-10mm spacer should take care of it. Spacers will also help clearing struts too.
