I don't think so... altima, yes. q45, yes. but I've never heard of maxima ones being used.

97-2000 i think. its okay, i can make brackets if need be. the brakes arent exactly maxima brakes. theyre 13in ap racing brakes with brackets to fit the maxima.

afaik they should bolt up, a friend of mine with an altima said he has maxima brakes on his, and I'm pretty sure altima=240sx.I mean so far that I know of, J30, Q45, M30, S13, S14, Z32, Z33, R32, R33, R34 and altima are all interchangeable. So it would make sense if the maxima and sentra ones did too.

I can confirm sentras (B15) fit fine too. We test fit a set of brembo se-r brakes on an s13 when I worked at Nissan.

yeah I've been keeping my eyes open for one of those in a yard, even if they wanted $100 each (most I've EVER heard of a yard charging for calipers) that would be a steal. are the spec V's with brembos 4 or 5 lug?

Early 90s maxima brakes = stock 180sx brakes. I forget the specific year spread but I believe if you asked for 1993-ish you'd be in range. I can post a pic of my 180sx brakes so you can compare if that will help.

Oh yeah, i got my calipers and rotors for $1 + shipping. =] They need a rebuild but I intend to use them as core on some rebuilt maxima brakes.

yes im running the early maxima calipers with altima rotors (same size as the maximas but 4 lug)

they so barelfy fit in the wheel its not funny. once the rotot wasn't quite on straight and it didn't straighten out when the wheel was bolted down, drove around the block and hearding the inside of hte wheel grining on thecaliper, took it off and kicked it until it was straight.. but you couldn't see it wasn't straight

If anyone needs any nissan brake parts just let me know, it seems I end up in the junk yard on a regular basis and there are scores of altimas and maximas, and plenty of Q's and a few Z32's. Calipers will probably run from $75-100 each for the Q and Z models, and probably around $50 each for maxima or altima. Rears I'm not sure on. Rotors usually around $15 each.

not a whole lot... if you look at them side by side you can tell but if you look at one on a car, then the other, probably won't be able to notice too big of a difference.

Today I found a set of Z32 uprights, hubs, brakes, whole rear 5 lug swap, if anyone wants it.

the rotor isn't really bigger BUT the pad swept area is practically the same as Z32! you still have one big huge piston but its a huge piston, vs the 4 pistons of the Z32..

I run M30 calipers and rotors and they bolted up, no drama, they are substantially larger than stock, no clearance issues with wheels, and they have yet to fade on me (though I've yet to actually get some autocross or road track time in.. I suspect it might be an issue while hot lapping).
