Does anyone know if the ka24e oil pan will fit and actually work right on an s14 ka24de? Also what is the best fitting to use to tap for turbo oil return line? Any info is appreciated.

its nice to know that.. cuz i have an 91 ka sitting in my friend's garage and i have a 95 ka sitting in my car... now i can go ahead and drill/tap an oil bung on that 91 oilpan so whenever all of my turbo parts are complete... i will just have to bolt it in

The KA24E and KA24DE oil pans aren't interchangable, but the KA24DEs are, which means s13 and s14 dual cam engine's oil pan can be changed.

i believe they are since i have a "de" oil pan on my "e" and they were identical, the bottom end on both the "de" and the "e" are the same only differences are in the head. as far as i know they are the same. dont want to start an argument, just want to get things straightened out.

Where did you get this information? Last I heard and saw, the oil pans aren't interchangeable.
