If you plan on going with coilovers, you will rub. This can be fixed by rolling your fenders.

im getting my eibachs put on this sunday so im wonder if there will be any rubbing issues

255 with +40 offset will rub A TIINY BIT. tiny tiny tiny bit. in the front only. the rear can take a lot more

oh yea one more question lol, where can i find a calculator that will tell me the best tire sizes for the rims?

i personally like this caculator:http://www.wheelsmaster.com/rt_specs.jsp

i used 215/60/16/ 45offset since i had stock 16" wheels.
