first i want to say i have access to a complete L28e and L28et. I also can get ahold of a ka24e but it needs a cam, camgear, and the sadles that hold it in place. 1) will the L28e found in the 280z fit in the 240 or will i need to do serious mods to the mounts and driveshaft? 2) will the trans fit where the 240s does? 3) how badly would it throw off my weight distribution? 4) what kind of boost could you run? 5) which do you think would be the most cost/time effective?

I'm pretty sure it will fit without any extreme modification, but I'm not completely sure because I haven't done it myself. The transmission should fit also. I don't think it will throw off your weight distribution that much. I'm not sure about the boost.
