Since you would like to install these for winter tires I'm including a few 16 inch fitments that may work at the bottom of this post.
I know for a fact that all of the 17 inch fitments listed below (except for the 07 Altima SE and 07 G35 sedan 17x7.5+45mm wheels) will fit the (F)Y33 with no problems with the proper size tires.
The 07 Altima and G-Sedan 17 inch wheel fitment may work with no problems, I just don't know for sure if they will.
And yes, there is the question of the wheel load rating on some of these.
The near flush fitment of the 7.5 wide +30mm wheels is a real good look on the 97-01 Q45.
If you were to install some 97-01 16x7+40mm Q45 wheels to replace the 17x7.5+30mm wheels from a 99-01 Q45t
The clearance from strut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 4mm LESSThe outside edge of the wheel will RETRACT in towards the body by 16mm
