i don't believe the headers will fit b/c the 300zx is a RWD...not sure tho. if it's a shorty header, maybe, if its a long header than i doubt it.

Nope.

Your maxima has a VG30E, not a VG30DE. Very different and the heads aren't interchangeable.

Actually, being 92 SE he has the VE30DE but again not likely going to work. Exhaust wise, get a y-pipe and cat back exhaust and you should be good to go. The stock y-pipe is about the most restrictive part of your exhaust system really... the manifolds aren't really all that bad. They're already tubular stainless steel.

Would these headers fit on say a VG30DE as in my 99' I30t? Just wondering

Now that could be a little more possible. You may hunt around for some pictures of 300ZX headers and see how they compare to yours then go from there.

You would be better off just getting the headers made for the 95-99 Maxima/I30. In all honesty, the Y-pipe would do you enough justice. Replacing the stock manifolds is too much of a headache for not a lot of power.

Crap... for some reason I thought you said J30. The I30 has the VQ30DE and being a front wheel drive platform like the Maxima's, will have the same issues as previously stated. The VG30DE came in rear wheel drive applications, never a front wheel drive application (at least not here) so those headers will not work.

They used to be the only place to get y-pipes for Maxima's and were always regarded as excellent quality. Its been a while since I've seen any reviews of their stuff but from what I've seen in the past those are great, especially for the price.
