I'm getting my new (2008) G37s coupe, automatic, tomorrow evening, but have a question.

Will my 17" alloy rims (with snow tires) fit the G37? Or is there a new bolt pattern?

P.S. After a bit of research re wheels for a 2004 and a 2008 car, I see that the bolt pattern shows as the same for both: Bolt Pattern: 5-114 ... So, I guess it will fit.

My only question is: Will a 17" wheel be unsafely small on a G37s?

Peter

Should be fine. The offset of the G35 wheel may be a little bit more agressive than the G37. G35 has 17s from factory shouldn't hurt a G37, your tire size should make the overall wheel be the same diameter as you G37 wheel.

17's with a G37 sport simply are not going to fit over the calipers. I hear 18's fit, but are tight and you need 10mm spacers.

You will be fine offset wise on the 17's or 18's, but it has already been stated, 17's wont' fit over the brakes. 18's would fit, barely but they would fit. The g37 sport sedan has 18's and the offsets are weaker than the g35 coupe.
