Will FX45 20in rims fit on a G35C? Advice on tire size?

I just bought a 2003 Infiniti G35 coupe for my girlfriend and amongst some other things, I wanted to swap the sad 17in factory wheels out with something more sexy. I love the FX45 20in wheels and was wondering if I can make them fit the G. Does anyone have any experience with this, or have any advice you can offer on 1. whether or not it will actually WORK, 2. What tire sizes would be appropriate, and 3. Will spacers be needed to get them matched up with the fender and if so, about what size would be best.
