i have found a set of injectors off a mistubishi Evo 8 for $100. They are 560cc i think, low impedance, top feed, peak and hold. Will I have any trouble installing them on a ca18? like will they fit the fuel rail, etc.? is 560cc too big to run on a t28/t3 hybrid at 12psi?

You'll have to have the ports on the fuel rail machined a tad larger (like 1mm). That's what I had to do for my DSM injectors which are the same physical size as the EVO ones.

460cc and 550cc RX7 injectors fit from a tubo II. Just need to make sure they are the low-impedance version. But seeing as they are very old (20 years) they would most likely need a thorough cleaning. And as for the cost of getting the rail machined, I can't imagine a shop charging more than $10-15.

Never run FC injectors without cleaning them. You need to use S4 (88-89) TII injectors, but a lot of guys run premix in their fuel to avoid damage from a bad oil injection pump. The S4 was mechanical, meaning it was less prone to failure than the electrical pump on the S5 TIIs, but still, a lot of guys run oil just to be safe. They get so full of crud after a while, it is nuts.
