Will ECU reset erase my UPREV tune?

Looking to reset my ECU from this tutorial:

Will this end up in me having to get UPREV'd all over again?

Just reflash UpRev over the top over your existing flash (do not flash back to stock or you will be royally screwed!). Same thing as resetting the ECU.
