Will deep dish rims fit a Q45?

Im thinking of buying a 2001 Q45 and I want to put some 19's on there with a big lip, maybe 3 inches. Will they fit? What kind of modifications will I need to do ie roll fenders, etc.? I plan on lowering the car.

19x9 & 19x10 3.5" front lip, 4" rear.

Springs, shocks, rolled fenders, flush offsets.
