Will Center-Console armrest from '08 Versa fit '12

Hello to my NEW VERSA Family,

Please excuse my previous moniker MAZDASPD; I used to race (some legal, some...) BG 323 HB (1990) Mazda HatchBack, I also had a 1992 Protege LX (BP DOHC - 1.8L), 1991 Ford Escort GT (BP DOHC - 1.8L and donor for my 1990 323). Full body kit from NZ replica JDM and one off mid & high wing.

Found the need for a new fuel efficient ride...liked a few, fell for the VERSA S (6-speed) w/Plus Package.

Need help in a few departments:
-Upgrade Center Console, will 2008 model fit? If not how different are they?
-Upgrade wheels from stock to 17x7 with 35-38 mm offset on 4.114 rubbing? (205/45/17) camber?
-Upgrade to Eibach lowering (no more crazy lowering on CUT Tokico's - like the old days) (reasonable ride...have a 3 yr old!)
-Upgrade to Tokico Blues...once mine are softer...
-Stock radio and Courtesynissan iPod adapter in rear of radio, will it work for me?
