Will aSilvia s14 a/c control work in US s14 240sx?

Will a Silvia s14 a/c control work in US s14 240sx? Its digital, and would look much nicer than the knobs. Will the temperature be in centigrade?

People will tell u it cant be done, but im workin on it now, I've been workin on it for the past week and should be done hopefully within a week. It does involve repining the harness and buying a couple of new motors, and sensors, but u can get most of that stuff here out of other nissans with digital A/C. And yes the Temperature will be in centigrade so ull have to learn metric temperture.

Oh, hey one more thing, if you didnt buy it yet, make sure before u do buy it, it has a wiring harness preferably uncut or atleast mostly intacted.
