Will any other years gauge cluster replace an 03 Le Pathfinder's 2wd?

I need to know if there is an interchangeable gauge cluster for 2wd 03 Le Pathfinder. In appearance the 01 and up clusters look the same but I'm not familiar with the schemetics, plugs or computer differences between the years. After I purchase the replacement part will the odometer itself need to be reprogramed at the dealer or will it be alright if i buy one close to the same mileage? I have been told that the computer itself holds the odometer's mileage and I have been told that the odometer holds the mileage.
