will ans Altima blcik work for a 240sx?

Ive done some research but havent found a definate answer...i have a ka24de motor that came out of a 95 altima...i know the head wont work....but ive got a line on 2 240sx heads at eh local pick n pull i could pick up at the junkyard...will a 240 head bolt up to that altima Ka24de block? maybe with the timing chain cover off the 240 DE as well?

i know with the altima the ditibuter faces aft toward the fire wall....becasue it hooks up to the exhasut cam....and with the 240 its mounted up front...dont think there should be too much problems swaping it over..
