As long as you use the S13 diff cover.

Also, if you have ABS, make sure the diff is for ABS, and vice versa.

i use a s14 diff in my s13. you just need the 2 bolts holding it up near the drive shaft.

if the diff is abs you have to use an abs driveshaft. if the diff is not, then use a non abs shaft. its a fairly simple install, its not hard at all. unless you have no jacks or manpower to lift that b$%^^ up under the car. also you need the bolts for the front of the diff as the s13 ones are too short, i would also get the aluminum bushings since s13 are supposed to have solid mount bushings. check ebay or stance has them. i got stances for $74 bucks. also you must swap the rear cover and also buy a new gasket and diff fluid as well. GL with the install

well technically you dont have to use an abs shaft but the stress of a non abs shaft being to long will cause the rear main seal of the transmission to go bad. and you'll start leaking transmission fluid. you can tell the difference of the shafts by the length. i believe the abs shaft is 49.25" and the non abs is 50".

You will also need the s14 bushings and the two bolts that hold the diff to the chassis.
The s13 bolts are too short
