well i bought a 95-98 dohc intake for my 89 sohc...the only problem i had with it fitting was the pipe bend right infront of the intake manifold and throttle body..the dohc bends down and the sohc im guess comes straight out...so there is that bend that is an issue..but i just put mine in the correct spot and tighten the clamps..fit fine...all of the other parts like MAF and vacuum lines hooked right up in same spot...so it will fit

Being a good boy and going through the search engine

Yeah, what do you mean the right spot? ; )

Does the DOHC piping fit without heartache?

I'd like to know too, I'm buying today. I guess if you say an S14 fits, I don't see why an S13 DOHC intake won't.

What company if any makes cold air intake that wont let water in. I was going to start my own thread but someone brought this up so. Why not. Thanks. Good luck.

get a "bypass" valve if you want a cold air intake that goes down of the stock airbox.(don't think its called bypass valve but its something like that that will let water go out, but i wouldn't really trust those)
