Will Altima Cams work in my 240sx?

Need to know if CAMS from a 97 Altima will fit on a 95 240sx KA24DE.I was told you just need to grind them like BC Cams to make them fit? Does anybody know this for sure??

Cams will fit with modification. You will have to cut off one end of one of the cams. You should just take a hack saw and dive into it, not a big deal.
