will air in the lifters hurt my SR?

is seems to tapp pretty good when you put your head to the valve cover and it runs great.will it hurt the engine over time?

It won't hurt anything, except maybe your psyche.

I think the most harm it could do is freeze up the HLA, but I've only seen that happen when they have air in them and they're not in use for an extended amount of time.

LOLZ. I'm always like when I hear tapping noises.

You might want to do the screwdriver check method to see if it is in fact your lifters. I thought mine were lifters and it just turned out to be the injectors being ghetto girl loud. Annoying as flip.

i was a quart low on oil so i topped it off and its fine now

If you think thats bad you should hear my engine, sla's + hydraulic cams = loud
