Hello everyone, I am just wondering if aftermarket rims in your opinion will hurt the resale value of my car? I have a 2010 Altima Coupe 2.5s and I purchased some Ray Engineering Gram lights 57s. I now have a set of 17" OEM wheels sitting there and dont know if i should sell them or keep them for when i resale my car? any opinions?

Depending on where you are, you could keep the OEM rims for winter wheels. This will DEFINITELY improve resale. Personally, I find that 3/4 of the used cars I look at with aftermarket rims look sort of trashy. Not saying yours do, but keep in mind that not everyone may share your taste. It also suggests that the car was owned by a younger person, who may be harder on it. Most people, myself included, like to buy used cars from boring people and grandmas.

If you live in southern Ontario, I'm looking for something nicer than steelies for my winters.

Nice wheels like the Gramlights might not hurt re-sale.

But they will never improve it, keep your old wheels so you can keep/sell the grams

The person buying your car probably won't even know what gram lights are. Sell stocks with car and sell grams separately
