Will aftermarket intake void warranty?

I just order a K&N intake and I was just wondering if installing would void the factory warranty. If it does I could always put the stock one back on if the car needs service but I was just wondering if I even had to worry about that.

No part is going to void your warranty simply by putting it on your car. In the event something goes wrong and they can prove that this aftermarket part caused the issue than the warranty will not be honored.
